DocH's Completed Build: NFC S4 MINI Rare Bread 4.3L

thetortuga747 1 Build 1 point 22 months ago

What sort of temps are you getting under load?

ClownAssassin's Completed Build: TerrorByte

thetortuga747 1 Build 1 point 22 months ago

If you put that much time, money, and effort into building a sick gaming rig, you should definitely take the time to write a detailed description and take at least several photos to do it justice.

MrZoman's Completed Build: Amethyst (My First Build With Upgrades)

thetortuga747 1 Build 2 points 22 months ago

Sombra?

motivman's Completed Build: The Great White Shark

thetortuga747 1 Build 1 point 22 months ago

Whoa man... 2k on CPU and GPUs for just browsing the internet and playing PC games? That's one insanely futureproofed setup... You probably could've achieved similar performance for less.

NoahVosen's Completed Build: Operation Blackbriar

thetortuga747 1 Build -1 points 22 months ago

What type of tasks are you planning on using this machine for?

GenSeneca's Completed Build: Seneca's BF1 Machine

thetortuga747 1 Build 1 point 23 months ago

I'd say definitely set aside a couple hours and refine your cable management. It'll be some brutal work, but you'll be glad you did it.

warplane's Completed Build: White Zenith - Full AMD build

thetortuga747 1 Build 1 point 23 months ago

A lot of times when I see water cooled builds, it seems like some of the tubing is slightly out of alignment, or at a wonky angle. I honestly know nothing about this; is it safe? Does it affect stability?

+1 for the epic build m8

Daniel080's Completed Build: Water v1.0

thetortuga747 1 Build 1 point 23 months ago

Obligatory stormtrooper wallpaper.

Wonderful build man. I can definitely tell that you spent a good amount of time researching and finding the perfect part list to match your theme.

Good luck with your build, and keep at it in the future!

mgfoster87's Completed Build: The Dream - Fully Silent Passively Cooled Gaming & Audiophile PC

thetortuga747 1 Build 2 points 24 months ago

This should get featured! You took a risk going for an unorthodox cooling solution, and it definitely payed off. I'm particularly impressed with those GPU temps.

confuzledandlost's Completed Build: White/RGB SLI GTX 960 Gaming Build

thetortuga747 1 Build 2 points 24 months ago

I would highly recommend looking into some sleeved cables for your GPUs, as well as some support to prevent further sagging.

It looks awesome man, and I'm glad that you're getting the performance that you want from it.

chaotichedgehog's Completed Build: Ryzen

thetortuga747 1 Build 1 point 24 months ago

Update us on the temps you're getting with the stock cooler!

Good luck man.

4han's Completed Build: $3000 Custom PC Build February 2017: First Build Ever

thetortuga747 1 Build 1 point 25 months ago

Great build! You should definitely think about investing in some sleeved cables down the line.

leftyjekyll's Completed Build: 6700k Nano S (2016)

thetortuga747 1 Build 1 point 25 months ago

I'll agree that they definitely aren't the best for aesthetic purposes, but for performance they're a top contender. I'd rather have a build perform better and perhaps not be completely color-coded than sacrifice a bit of cooling performance for a nicer look.

leftyjekyll's Completed Build: 6700k Nano S (2016)

thetortuga747 1 Build 1 point 25 months ago

Wonderful cable management! How was working with the Corsair SFF PSU cables?

Selicos's Completed Build: Kaby Node 202

thetortuga747 1 Build 2 points 25 months ago

I'm strongly thinking about a Node 202 build. Do you know if you can mount a 140 mm fan above the CPU cooler?

mellowz's Completed Build: SFF Gaming PC (Fractal Node 202)

thetortuga747 1 Build 1 point 25 months ago

Can you install a third fan above the CPU cooler? If so, what size?

Kitswift's Completed Build: ZENSEI - I Built This Because I Had To

thetortuga747 1 Build 2 points 25 months ago

I'd be a little worried about your CPU temps on load. If I were you I'd take things back a bit.

Honestly, I'm absolutely loving every aspect of your setup.

One question, how does the PSU work?

doxkool's Completed Build: Project ?

thetortuga747 1 Build 1 point 26 months ago

This is why I think, for a mini ITX build, the Manta is a little ridiculous. When you can fit a full ATX board inside the chassis with a little modding, then what's the point of an ITX motherboard form factor to begin with?

desol4th's Completed Build: Pitch Black Gold

thetortuga747 1 Build 1 point 26 months ago

How were you able to paint the AIO without covering up the Corsair logo?

Bee66's Completed Build: The DEE - (Shiny Charizard V3.0)

Fl3i's Completed Build: 1300 euro with i5 6600k and gtx1070

thetortuga747 1 Build 1 point 26 months ago

More pictures please! An english translation would also be nice. And definitely grab something to support the GPUs.

Altre foto per favore! Una traduzione in inglese sarebbe anche bello. E sicuramente afferrare qualcosa per sostenere le GPU.

mellowz's Completed Build: SFF Gaming PC (Fractal Node 202)

thetortuga747 1 Build 2 points 26 months ago

^^ Blower-style cards are magnitudes better for SFF cases like the Node 202. It's worth the extra $$
