I'm really delighted to see the fact you've gone to the extent of uploading so many photos in high resolution and written a brilliant description (reminds me of mine- but better). You've done a stellar job. The PC is gorgeous to top it off. Well done. You deserve all the raw power this beast should output. +1

The cable management is not possible. You're using modding hacks. Get prepared for your PCPP Vac ban. Only joking dude. This is such a sweet build. Perfect in every way. +1

The 12v psu was fine for the RGB lights. They run perfectly. RGB fans might have been better but my purple fans are tucked away at the front of my case anyway. If they are on top or rear, I'd advise black, white, clear or yes, RGB

Probably too late to your question but the temps are fine. Reviews sometimes say it is jsut below average but I've had no issues and all my components are not on fire. Silent too. Cable management is meh. There's adequate space but I feel like an NZXT S340 would offer more in that department.

Hey dude. Probably way too late for your question but no. The fan which came with the cooler is perfectly sufficient. 0 noise and temps are perfect.

This is crazy. I just set all my RGB stuff to the same colour scheme as yours as well as having the same wallpaper. Funny coincidence. Sweet PC. Get some LEDs and it will be sweet; if you want to have the gradient effect in there, an NZXT hue would work nicely, especially since you have an s340.

The ACX 3 cards aren't cheap, at least not in my country. I assume you'll have the money in this case, so in my opinion the Asus Strix is the best alternative. Looks sexy, never heard any complaints about it either.

I just knew this was a great age to start. I've always been about technology and I couldn't resist waiting. I'll look forward to getting newer parts and building more when I'm older. I've got a long time to wait in terms of money though, I'm thinking about being a keyboard enthusiast as a side hobby which definitely is not cheap. Thank you for the support!

If you choose to buy, contact EVGA beforehand, they're recalling the cards so get them to make sure they are sending you updated hardware.

Basically, in order to use the Phanteks LED strip with the onboard lighting system, you connect it with a cable that comes directly from the top io hub. The only problem was, once you do this it requires a 12v input from a 4pin RGB header, something typically included on higher end lga1151 boards. Mine didn't have this as mentioned. I got the adapters and external power supply from amazon in order to still make use of the strips. The lights onboard, if not connected to the optional LED strip, would just attach to the second SATA power cable which is plugged in from the PSU to my HDD. A scary moment was when I left both the SATA power cable and the LED strip plugged in through one cable and my whole PC booted using the external 12v PSU! (hope all that made sense)

You should definitely enter a setup competition/showcase on youtube such as setup wars (TechSource) or room tour project (RandomFrankP) because your current setup has tons of potential. Good cable management with cable box, added personality (feckin eejit no. plate, ikea plants and other little things) , you even have your headset mounted. This setup is awesome. If you do admit this setup in a competition, I recommend Setup Wars, you've got all the little nitty gritty things Ed (TechSource) criticizes on right and done well at that. You have a good chance of winning.

Two questions: 1. Why replace the stock 200mm fan? and why not two static pressure 140mm instead of another 200mm? 2. How was building inside this? Did you ever need extra stuff like fan headers? Was the radiator bracket a big issue?

Great build though, The grey components compliment the white and your setup brings everything together, I'll definitely remember this build when I build my own after Christmas, definitely gonna use the same case and possibly GPU. Just a shame the i5 4690k is weirdly high priced in the UK right now and the fact all Cryorigs stuff is out of stock here.
