It would have been way better. OP really could have gotten a way better deal with going AMD. OP could have gotten a newer Zen 2 chip and the 570 destroys the 1050 Ti

fairly loaded... I own several stores online

Really dude? Come on, we don't all own a few ******* stores online and can get $100 in one day. I'm not OP, I don't know OP's money situation, but it would take me a deal of time to get $100. Also, sometimes there's no reason to spend for more than you need. OP has two 1080p monitors, not a 1440p monitor. He even said he got a good deal on the card. He saved money and still got a great 1080p card.

I guess, I don't feel the same way since SATA 2.5" drives are going down. I've been told by a plethora of people that the best NVMe boot times aren't even that much faster than the best (or even mid-range) SATA ones. At this budget, it is weird not to see 10000 petabytes of NVMe, but I understand.

Looks great! Good pictures, very clean. Just, uh, move those cables running across behind the motherboard tray with the included cable management slots.

so? NVMe is really only practical to have when you're a content creator and need to move the files as fast as you can. SATA is perfectly fine.

Hmmm, that's really good to know. I'm pretty sure they both perform about the same, which is more than enough to handle a 9900k. The Elite is a solid board for it's price so really no issues.

I haven't spray painted in a long time, but I'm just gonna do light coats like you suggested. It's really the inside of my case and radiator that matter since that's more visible. I'm having trouble finding a certain shade of blue though, I'm really not sure where to look for the color. Is there any sites/places that have a lot of choices?

The customer service proved that paying $100 for handmade cable extensions was worth it. That's the same reason I like EVGA.

Thats good that the fans are working, that does make me more comfortable trying it out (after I practice painting).

Mod-one's customer service is amazing, I managed to screw up my entire order of cables. They called and emailed me telling me that my order looked a little funny. If they hadn't told me, it would have ruined my themed build.

Amazing! I'm curious if the paint is throwing off the fan blade balance, but if it works it's probably all good. I also see that you bought stuff from mod-one! They make amazing stuff, great service.

I know it's been a little bit since you posted, but the back panel that you hate on the motherboard helps cool it and the VRMs. Not too many z390 motherboards with that back plate, it helps a lot for overclocking.

I'm surprised you picked up the Asus board. It fits with your theme great, and Aura Sync and stuff, but Asus really hecked up with the VRM's on all their Z390 boards.

The build is pretty nice +1.

I'm surprised you didn't go with Ryzen for streaming, since the 9600k struggles a little. Though, you can't pass up a CPU $12 under it's normal price. This should last you for years to come! After all, you can slap a 9900k or 9700k in it! Happy gaming man!
