I would say that a non-stock for the i5-7500 will become necessary after a while, the intel stock coolers wear down easily, and do not last very long (they are pretty bad too). I'd invest in a non-stock cooler so that your cpu will last longer. I would use a non-stock cooler for the i7 for sure though.
