I think going with a 1070 ti instead would be worth it for what your doing. Especially because it's not that much more.

You might want to get a better graphics card like a 1070 or 1070ti to get those high frame rates, but other than it seems like a solid parts list. Also 650 watts is a little overkill for this build. You could save money by getting a 550 watt power supply.
