Get a new mobo and cpu, go for the i5 6500 and the cheapest z170 or h170 you can find. You'll also have to buy new ram. The 1060 choice was good. Maybe you could be an SSD, a samsung whatever the hell you want... Just buy a samsung Also, by god that PSU

Dude, you should use a 10 series GPU. The 980 performs on par with the 1060, the (almost) lowest end Pascal GPU. Go for the 1070 if you're willing to spend the money. 2x the vram, 2x the performance as well.

Yes, it is. However, I would advise changing out the 1060 3gb for the rx 480 or 470 4 or 8 gb. Is cheaper and better price to performance.

Why the hell did you use a 1080p monitor with a GTX 1080? I sound kind of mean, but that's just kind of defeating the point of having a GTX 1080. Might as well just have an RX 480.

Only complaint I have in this is that you used the Ripjaws 4 Ripjaws 5 looks cooler and actually runs properly as advertised. The Ripjaws 4 are actually clocked lowed than what they say on the box, it says 2133, but it's really 2000. This is because they were one of the first varieties of DDR4 to come out
