I know this is like a year and a half later, but... I had these issues to. It was when trying to use MSI afterburner on my powercolor r9 270x that I saw that exact same error message when trying to go into ghost recon future soldier. Were you able to fix it? How?

I took a look at your build. The hyper T4 might not give you temperatures good enough to get it over 4 ghz. I did read somewhere that some poeple have gotten this thing to 4.8 ghz with air cooling which kinda stinks for us :(

Well, I used the AMD overdrive app. I used the turbo core feature. It got it to 4.08 with 1.325 v. I would recommend it.

I am currently building an almost identical system. A great bang for the buck case that would have made that cable management ten times easier, and even a power supply shroud, is the DIYPC J180-W. It has no reviews, but I've built in it before and I find it to be a very nice case: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/diypc-case-j180w

I personally would recommend a pci express wifi card, which you can get at the same price, and a higher speed (300 mbps). It also doesn't take up those usb ports

Hi cheeseandram, The minimum oculus requirements are 290, not 390. I would buy an SSD if I were to get this build, but it isn't required.
