  1. no its not necessary all it has is better looks some better power stability but not noticeable rilly and maby some other random stuff not much.
  2. idk but it's mostly the same for ssd until high end or super low end.
  3. psu is a little on the cheap side but i'm bias and like to go for extra your good with a 520 bronze it won't kill stuff.

cpu is a why not, ram because it looks better and is cheaper, a power suply with more then 4 8 pin, Evan wider screen, larger case, more good fans.

A. the cpu is shipped with a stock cooler it's ok but you can do better a dark rock 4 or dark rock pro 4 will be much better. B. idk much about networking sorry. C. I'm going to gees HD just means high definition the specific connector will determine if you can (HDMI,DP,DVI-D) some monitors have two different connectors you don't have to plug in both only one so if you have two monitors that both have a HDMI and DP your fine or even if they only have DP because there are 3 on the card.

yes it still works, does a ssd OPTIMISED for intel not work with amd products no. and yes but you will most likely need a bois flash.

first you can go with cheaper motherboards definitely and a 240 for a 8400 what???? and if you focus on gaming id go with the intel otherwise ryzen.
