Could you show more pictures?
Who cares about the PC, I just want that clock.
Could you possibly get another Corsair fan so that the front of the case has 2 fans? I just think it would more aesthetically pleasing.
I agree with you on most of your statements, except for "dual channel being over rated". It really depends what types of games you're playing. You're might get 5-6 FPS difference in GTA V, while in Dota 2 you'll get around 15-20 FPS difference. So I would still at least put it into consideration.
Should of called it something else..
Nooo... its above average... Duhhh
Did you buy a prebuilt PC? because I think that is a cyber power sticker on the front of the case.
Great build! Maybe grab a can of compressed air and clean some of that dust off to make it look more clean.
You are right, there are other models of the Phanteks Eclipse cases, but they're usually expensive, which I think you made a good call of choosing the P400. Which IMO is one of the best cases for the money you could get.
You probably knew someone was gonna mention this... Cable management helps with more than you think.
Lets say you REALLY didn't want to manage the cables, then maybe don't go with a case with glass side panels IMO.
Otherwise this build is really nice, but I gotta cut off a few points mainly because the CM is not that great.
Surprised to see a workstation with only 8 gigs of RAM. Most people would go with 16 gigs.(Which most of the time it's not necessary) Glad to see you put that into consideration.
I asked my dad about getting a SSD. He said: "If it doesn't talke all day to boot, It's fine by me." So I don't think he would need a SSD.
Ah sorry about that. Just fixed it.
Sadly, no. I sold my RX 580 a while back before I thought of doing this build.
Maybe get a SSD?
I would agree with you if this was a Ryzen build, but he has a 8700k which is not dependent on memory speed as much as Ryzen.
I always loved Trident Z RGB. They just stand out from the rest of the build and this is one of those times. +1
He's not using SLI. He can't display through the 1070, which is why he's using the gt 610.
Yeah there is a bottleneck but it's pretty small so I wouldn't worry about it.
I'm not sorry.
I'm extremely curious of what your temps are on the GPU.
What are your temps?
Another great build with my favorite case. +1
CPU temps seem really surprising for the stock cooler.
Try MSI afterburner. It's a very popular program to read temps of both GPU and CPU, and even overclock.
Nothing, it's just I see your comments a lot saying that. Not that there's anything wrong with it.
When I say it's "Overkill" I'm not meaning it might damage the system. I'm saying that the PSU might be a waste of money because the PC might not need that many watts. (If he doesn't plan to upgrade that is) But I do understand where you're coming from, in which the PSU can't really damage the system itself.
This build really impresses me. Especially for the $800 price.
Here he comes striking again with, "I would get a GPU backplate."
I think the PSU is a little too overkill for this build. But it does provide good upgradability in the future.
The case represents all... And hasn't changed ever since.
Yeah it's definitely possible.
Always love the Phanteks Eclipse cases. They will offer great customization for the price.
We got young gravy in here?
Viewer: You can't spend $300 on a PC and STILL get RGB.
Submitter: Hold my beer.
Really great build for the price honestly, wish you luck!
This person uses air pods as chandeliers. +1
It always impresses me with budget builds. This is a great build for the price. +1
I always liked Trident Z RGB Ram. They always looked cool and performed well.
Great budget build. And great for an upgrade path.
Might wanna call pest control.
"suggestions for best AAA title performance let me know!?"
I could be wrong but I don't think that's a Founder Edition. Looks like an armor version from MSI. Also you didn't put in your second monitor.
Been a while since I've seen a Fury build.
Well, what resolution and what refresh rate would you want to play at?
He used the stock cooler.
You have a Reset CMOS button on the back of your MOBO? You're lucky.
What are your temps like? And maybe teach him how to overclock for better performance( if your temps are alright)
