In this build I tried to get as close to the real iMac pro as possible, though there are quite a few things to remember.

First is that the only thing we know so far about the base cpu is that it is a xeon e5 and its 8 cores so I just picked whichever one I thought they would go with. They could have picked a cheaper one or a more expensive which would affect the price.

Second is that the Vega pro gpu the leaked benchmarks show it is much faster than the titan xp most probably meaning it will cost a bit more too which would also affect the price.

Third thing you will need to remember is some of the parts are not as good or fast as the one in the actual iMac pro, such as the ram which is 2666mhz in the iMac and 2400mhz in this build. The display is also not as good as the one in the iMac pro. the iMac pro screen is brighter and I'm pretty sure this doesn't support the p3 colour gamut either. This also probably doesn't have an ssd that is as fast as the one in the iMac pro and this has no bluetooth or webcam either.

Fourth is that macOS is widely preferred by creative professionals (the target audience) because of things like Final Cut Pro X, Logic Pro, Xcode, reliability, and the absolutely yuuuge ecosystem. The design is also infinitely better on the iMac but I'm pretty sure professionals wouldn't really care too much for that.

the camera isnt better at catching light compared to the s7 but in daylight photos and videos appear light years ahead on the SE even though the s7 has infinitely better specs

the 480 was cheaper plus it has better performance in dx12 games which is why I went for it, and as more and more games get support for dx12 the 480 will outperform the 1060 in more and more games. here is a build with a b250 motherboard as a h210 doesnt exist rn.
