Yeah, that's a downside to a lot of mini itx cases.
Yeah, I currently have the R9 390. It's a great card, but in the distant future I might consider an upgrade. The R9 is supposed to run well at 1440p, but I'm still using a 1080p monitor right now.
What I did with my cables was I cable tied the crap out of them. The front looks good, but behind the mobo it looks kinda like crap.
Mini ITX builds are my favorite because they remind me how easy I had it with my giant Panteks case.... Good job having neat cable management in a case like that. +1.
When the 1080ti comes out, you probably won't need to worry about upgrading for quite a while. For now, have fun with the 980ti. It's still better than the card I have right now. ._.
Very nice and neat looking. Evolv builds always seem to turn out well.
Really good looking; that's a sweet custom loop you have there.
It's a meme. People with fedoras are stereotyped to say m'lady and be neckbeards and stuff.
Holy crap, these pictures are marvelous. Build is nice too.
I really like those NZXT cases, the black and yellow theme is nice for it. You should take a few up-close pictures if possible. Or a lot.
Well, I guess I meant that I couldn't do that.
I like seeing in-desk builds like this, great way to utilize space.
Very good cable management, twisty ties can save lives.
I know there are probably comments about this already, but...... More pics.
I'm impressed that you could fit the H100i in that case, that must have been difficult.
Great looking build. I like how you routed the cables to the GPUs. Did you sleeve those cables yourself or did you buy them?
Weird. I haven't tried putting in 120s on the top, so I guess I wouldn't know. I thought that the manual said that you could put 120s on the top though. Strange.
They're both 140 mm fans. Are you sure you can't fit them on the top? I had plenty of space with the 2 140s. I'm assuming you have the enthoo pro case also, right?
Never seen so much thermaltake in one place before. It's beautiful. +1.
I think the 1080 might be a bit of a better investment, but you could honestly go either way.
Cool. Which card do you think you'll get?
Thank you! At the time before building it I had no idea what color scheme I wanted, so I said "screw it, I'm going with black and red".
Thank you! Back story is the best part of any build.
Yeah, it was pretty fun spray painting those.
Thank you! I tried to make it is neat as I could. I originally built this back in February, and I've just been adding more crap in it, and back then I wasn't really aware of how overdone black and red is.... Doesn't mean it can't look nice.
I was thinking of getting cable ties, too, it would look much better.
Thanks! For the storage, I don't really play any triple A titles, which usually take up the most space. If I consider getting a game like that, I may consider getting another SSD.
Good looking mini ITX build, and cat.
Thanks! I'm glad I choose the parts I did. Speaking of the thermaltake fans, I'm not sure if I have any more spots to put them. There are some on the bottom, but you wouldn't see it because of the PSU cover. They do look great though.
Thanks! I love the case, there are so many cable management options, and so much room to work with them in the back. It also looks nice....
I was also thinking of getting cable combs, they do look a little messy. Thanks for the suggestion.
Yeah, the heatsink is at least twice as large as the one on my 960 that I had.
Okay. I may look into that.
Thank you! I've seen a few other people do the mixed color RAM thing, and thought it looked cool. I also thought the black RAM looked a little lonely.
Yeah, I sort of tried to make it somewhat original. Thanks!
Thanks! And yeah, this was technically my first build.
The main reason I got the SSD was to install Windows, but I think with 120 gigs I could have some of my games stored on it.
It's so original, isn't it?
Yeah, at least it's a bit better than before I put in the brace.
Yeah, that might be part of it. Not sure how much of a difference it will make, though.
Thanks! Managing those cables took me a good few hours.
Thank you! I appreciate it.
Yeah, I noticed it was still sagging a bit too. I've seen a few people with the same card and no sag at all without any support at all, so I'm not sure. Thanks though.
Thank you! It's been difficult to work on it due to school, but now that I'm pretty much done, I had a lot more time.
You're welcome. Congrats on the build.
Okay. No problem.
Nice looking build, case and mobo are both sexy. Other than upgrading the CPU and adding the GPU, what else will you add? Will you replace the stock cooler?
This looks great. I feel there aren't enough pictures, though. We need to see more angles of this beauty.
That sounds cool. You can never go wrong with lighting.
This is quite beautiful. I require more rainbow. And more memes.
