Looks like you did the best you could even with the shorter cables. Looks like a fun build. How are you enjoying that keyboard?
I love the case!
Why didn't you paint the front of the case? It doesn't look like its even a part of the same case. Looks great, just curious. I like the DIY electrical tape on the water cooling.
Your bathroom looks like a hotel bathroom
I think the desk is my favorite part of the build. A couple brothers playing on their pooters side by side at the same desk creates a cute image.
I would like to see what it looks like with the cables managed.
Peel off that plastic film on the top! ARGH
There were less pictures before? I only see 3
You running a bootlegging operation with all those blank DVDs? Damn!
Looks fun. How are you enjoying the G430s thinking about picking up a pair.
Very unique. Sounds like you had a lot of fun and challenges. Its a hell of and eyesore though! I mean that in the best way possible of course.
Highly suggest a disco ball
What made you go with the micro ATX mobo in full size case?
Trippy maaaaaaaaan. Look at all the colors
Sorry to hear that. They got a monopoly on certain cities. They are dirt bags. I have heard trying to get rid of the service is a bigger pain in the *** than actually having them in the first place. I suppose I will cross that bridge when I get to it.
Having the cables cleaned up will make that upgrade easier.
Needs less light
That freaking game man.... Still fun as hell though
Where are the pics of the pooter?
Defective mouse, defective headphones, wrong color fans? Sounds like karma is catching up with you for something or you just have bad luck.
Yikes. I was afraid it was going to be something like that. I will probably just order some rather than make them myself. Thanks!
How long did it take you out of curiosity?
They got to earn their keep some how!
I really enjoyed reading about the marble method. Very clever. You did a great job.
Thats a lot of storage.
Is there any benefit to this?
How is the Montana holding up? No increase in temps?
I have been searching for videos on this. Thanks!
How did the talk with Comcast go?
How did you paint the graphics card? Did you need to take it apart? I am thinking about painting my ram myself. I would like to add some consistent color in my rig.
Looks great. Went into the build wormhole going through your updates.
ARK has an esports scene?
You say that like he paid for the cooler that came with the CPU
Pull that ***** off
Am I the only one who thought that cabinet was going to be full of Mountain Dew too?
That case is so tall you could just get rid of your desk and use that.
Doesn't he already have an aftermarket cooler installed?
Weird. It looks like you got some space at the top to add a fan to keep pulling the air out through the top. I can't really tell but in one picture it looks like you may have already done that.
Honest question: What made you go with that CPU cooler orientation? I always see it placed vertically rather than horizontally.
Maybe so he can play games instead of doing his job?
I like the one I put in mine. I put it in my first build as well. It is a challenge though, probably one of the more frustrating things I encountered through the whole process but straight forward in hindsight.
How do you like it? I have been really happy with my MGK1.
Everyone seems to have a horror story with every company that makes a HD. "After 6 years my Seagate drive stopped turning on! Seagate is ****! Thats why I have been a WD fan for the past 4."
California. From what I have seen New Zealand looks pretty similar to parts of California until you get to the epic hobbit wilderness.
So the mods take down my picture of the Manhattan I made during my build process but they leave up a picture of a drywall job, interesting.
;) I did have a picture of a Manhattan I made while I was putting it together but it looks like the admins took it down.
As far as clearance goes, I have put tiles underneath the case legs to get a little more clearance because it is sitting on carpet and I figured it would help the air flow a little bit. It gave me about 3/4 of inch in height.
I also thought that the PSU wouldn't fit in my particular case at any other orientation that I put it on (from what I am trying to remember). I guess I figured: "Corsair case, Corsair PSU, would they want their PSU label upside down?". Still learning!
Thanks for the recommendations! I will at least try to open it up tonight and flip it over. Do you believe 750 will be enough to power this machine or should I be looking for something with a bit more wattage? I would like a PSU with some room to grow into.
