that cooler seems a little underpowered for the cpu. What are your temps?
How is the monitor and it colors? It’s a 6 bit panel and I have an 8 bit so I am wondering if I should bite the bullet.
Nice build! How’s that arctic cooler?
your radiator fans are set up in the wrong position. flip them so they are intaking air.
How were you able to purchase the case?
nice parts but maybe try to put even a little cable management.
Yes that was a smart move. I am waiting for the new ampere cards so I can move my current 2080 to my secondary rig that currently has rx 580 where the drivers are insanely bad.
No I have not. I still don’t think we have the hardware yet for 4K gaming. And high refresh 4K monitors are still not there yet either. I still have a hard time getting more than 110 FPS in GTA V 1440p on my 2080. I would rather wait for better GPUs and 240hz IPS 1440p displays. But someday we will get there lol.
How’s the MSI board? any audio issues?
Nice build, I love that monitor btw I hope to get another one soon for a dual monitor setup.
Try to return that at2020 and get a samson g2u
I have 58.9, I’m worried that my eyes are not gonna like it. Makes sense that it works for you. As your ipd falls in the suggested range. Gonna test a friends rift s and see how I like it.
Search up ipd and try to find yours. The rift s is software based ipd adjustment and for some people it does not work for their ipd. You can download an app and see yours.
what is you ipd and how is the rift s.
Oh I see. I don’t have this case (I have an h700i) so I’m not sure. I guess you can’t see the top fans so that’s why. Thanks for the response
Put the intake fans on the bottom and exhaust at the top for the way air works, cold sinks, heat rises. That way all the heat from the radiator is dumped out the case immediately and not baking the entire case of components. Anyways nice build.
I use optifine however I still get 60 - 100 FPS using shaders and I Have an RTX 2080 and 8700k OC 5ghz
oh god... building a pc on carpet... my worst fear...
I would highly recommend turning off ai overclocking as it seems to push very high voltage than needed. I would suggest searching up an overclocking guide on YouTube instead.
Ah I see thanks
Yes but how did you get the green tint?
Cool build, how did you get the glass tinted?
Nice build, maybe case upgrade in future and some custom cables. How’s the GPU? Might pick one up.
You spelled bored “board” lmao
Something more quality for the same price like Fractal design, Phanteks, Corsair, NZXT, etc
What happened to the fans? I don’t see them being used
Money could have been spent on a better case but fine otherwise
Oh didn’t see that the bottom had an intake space.
Oh sorry bruh. I still would have gotten a higher quality case for that setup you have but ok.
Lmao that case is bad, no intake airflow, should have gotten fractal design case.
Flip your pc so you get better intake?
Eyyy k. Really you just gotta place safe with voltages but it’s up to you. Can’t really mess up over 1.35V
Did you OC? 4-4.5 ghz?
Nice job, I recommend rotating the CPU cooler so it gets fresh air from the front fans, for the heat sink fan sucking air in the heat sink and pushing air towards the exhaust fan.
Wow he titled the eBay listing as “very clean”
At least clean your stuff before selling
huh didn't see they had a video on it. Yeah I agree on gamers nexus they have much better tests.
How’s thermals? OC?
I know this seems weird but that case actually has bad thermals for a mesh case, watch the video "Is This a Troll? | Phanteks P400A Review" by Greg Salazar. Not horrible but I would have gotten the p600s instead.
Also is that skull 3d printed?
When did you get the 1080
The hydrocopper is probably the best looking water block! Nice build..
