Easily over 100 fps average ultra settings 1080p
Depends on what game I'm playing(in ultra/highest settings in 1080p). Shadow of the Tomb Raider is definitely the most expensive, but I still get about an average 70 or so fps in the more graphics intensive scenes, some scenes I get about 90 fps, some scenes closer to 60 fps, so it varies. Overall though this thing rips 80 fps average in most games, some games even more than that like fortnite at about 110 fps average.
He was referring to the 105 degrees celcius I had originally put in the review, to reflect on the load temp when overclocked to 4.2 ghz. However it was my mistake to put that temp in the review, as my cpu will never be at max load when overclocked or even come near 105 degrees in a realistic scenario. Thus he is correct, and yes 60 degrees at load when not overclocked is totally safe.
I have not upped the core voltage for the cpu in my BIOS drastically, and for the sake of accuracy of the review I gave the cpu temp under load when I overclocked to 4.2 ghz and stressed it with AIDA64 which was pretty extreme, but in reality when it isn't overclocked and I am stress testing it right now, it realistically sits at 28 degrees idle and 50 degrees when it is stressed (at stock speeds). Thus, I solely reflected on how far this machine could go in the review which doesn't accurately represent my computers temps, and even when it is overclocked(which isn't even necessary b/c the ryzen 5 won't bottleneck the gtx 1070) in game it only hits temps of 60 degrees celcius. Thank you for your comment and advice though, it is well appreciated.
