Build is great but I would advise in changing out that PSU in the future if you have the money, maybe for an evga or Antec certified.

Everything looks great except for that psu. I would advise to change that psu to maybe an evga or Antec.

Where did you get a 960 for a price of a 950? Just curious also I think you overpaid for that PSU. The $40 evga 500B would have suffised unless you would like to upgrade later but very nice build

Last I checked, a NZXT Phantom 410 didn't look like that and also are you joking about actually playing games with that card in 1080p? Also you forgot to add in $200 more for a decent video card.

Umm...Good part selection but I think if you would have spent less on a case and more onto the GPU unless though you already had it bought before but I just think for that price point you could have done better than an fx 6300 and a 270x

Is their a trend going on where pc builders now don't even bother with the description and only post 1 picture but have quite a respectably good system? I mean if your going to do it....might as well do it right.

I don't really know why you picked a 960. A msi r9 380 4gb is cheaper than this card and would go perfectly with the colour scheme but I like the build either way.

Dont regret getting an i3 instead of the Pentium. Yes that chip was a good overclocker but by far the i3 keeps better frame-rates in most games than the pentium does. I wish though you had gone with a Micro ATX case because most of your components are pretty small and the ATX really isn't needed, also take some time to do some cable management later on.

For $1000 yes this is aesthetically pleasing looking build but part selection like CPU and GPU is not the best. I mean for that budget you could have done better instead of buying an extra 16GB kit and the additional fans but hey, its your build.

Comment reply on Bryton's Completed Build: Project No Name (1st build)

I dont know about this build. For $700 you went with an expensive motherboard and cooler and would have put more money onto a GPU. Also that PSU is horrible change that please before your first build becomes your first regret of a build.
