aio works quite well. In my case i have about an inch and a half of clearance between the rad and gpu.

Yep, its sufficient. No overclocking for me. I think I got a dud cpu, it runs real hot. You should be ok to build with this power supply tho.

Its a very good cooler. Easy to install and looks very nice. So yeah, I would recommend it
