Damn, those are some good hash rates for a cpu. Please follow up with what you are doing because i just got 2 5TB drives and i just found out you need windows 10 pro in order to use software raid 1. I dont know whether to go with the $100 upgrade for pro or to just but a raid controller.

The rad would be nice but i dont need it because i cant OC and i have never had my CPU go above 60C

Sorry for the delayed response, I would get the non k. i didnt get the K because its $40 more and it doesnt come with a cpu cooler. At minimum thats $60 just for overclocking. To me thats not worth it.

When im gaming i put all the fans (GPU, CASE, and CPU) on 100% because i wear headphones. Under load the gpu never gets above 70 C. I mainly play COD (dont hate) and the gpu gets around 60 C.

Its pretty easy to use. I can controll the cpu and case fans easily from it. If your thinking about geting this mobo i would if i were you.

Windows 10 is great. I'm thinking about and ssd in the future. But for now the 1 TB HDD works great.
