Awesome card. Fast, quite and cool with a really sexy backplate and simple rgb logo. Fits in great with any build!

from completed build ORION 2.0 ~ Red / White Music Production / Gaming Build
It's very sexy, sexier than my old 1070 Hybrid. I switched to a less powerful card because I do more music production than I do gaming, plus I only game at 1080p 60Hz, so it didn't make sense owning a 400 dollar GPU when I can't even take advantage of it. So, I traded my brother my old 1070 for an RX 580 plus an extra 80 dollars, and I'm happy with it. Overclocking basically isn't an option with this card though, the fans have an annoying whine that can only be heard up close, and there's a little GPU sag. Otherwise, it's great.

Love the industrial look of the card. I picked this up used as it was a stop gap until I decide on what GPU I want to invest towards.

Performance reviews seemed standard across most RX 580s, so I went with a card with good thermal and sound reviews. RX 580 performs about 10% better than the GTX 1060, yet was cheaper. Has zero fan mode.

Performance wise, it is very good. Rainbow 6, GTA 5, Far Cry 4, all exceeded my expectations. You can count on this to play 1440p at 60 fps with a mix of ultra-high-medium settings for sure.
Temperature and Noise wise; it is terrible. The built in fan curve spins the fans only after 60°C, of which at 70°C the card always shuts off to not overheat. I made sure the max tempature was 85°C and made a custom fan curve, of which I also saved. The curve would not implement itself unless Afterburner was running in the background. The fans after 40% sounded LOUD, and I have a very high tolerance for fan noise.
The card shut off randomly sometimes, which I ruled for overheating although it was only at 70°C. Either the card is weird and shuts off at 70°C, or I received a lemon. When the card shut off it also killed the display, sound and whole PC with it. I always had to do a hard reset and hope it didn't do it again.
If you're looking to buy this, don't do it. I don't have beef with Sapphire, I just have beef with this particular card. If you don't want to test your luck go for the Gigabyte Aorus RX 580 or Gaming X 580 by MSI. Don't buy it.

Not quite back at MSRP, but the price was acceptable to me. Sure I could've gone with something cheaper from ASRock, XFX, or PowerColor, but this card looks great, has a nice backplate that matches my mobo, and has better power delivery if I do decide to overclock.

This card is simply amazing. It has a well designed backplate and a SAPPHIRE logo that is RGB. You can use the Sapphire Trixx software to customise the RGB of the logo, as well as customise the fan speeds and clocks. I would highly suggest getting this card if you're opting for a 580. Overclocked to 1500mhz

Excellent! With the 1411 mhz factory overclock, I get a cool 90 fps on BF1 at ultra settings 1080p- just what I wanted for this price range! It was difficult to find this card for a decent price since the mining craze, but well worth the wait. 5/5
