There's not much to say other than the RTX2080 is a top (but not very top) performer. We can argue about nVidia pricing all we like but to remain within the nVidia ecosystem, this is much better value in my opinion over the 2060 or 2070, but your budget dictates what you should get. Thermals on this Gigabyte card need work, as I hit mid-70s in synthetic loads. Fan revving issues also exist below 30% RPM, plus the fans are not particularly quiet. Compared to my Windforce 970, this seemed to be a step down in cooling but it does little to sway the value.

The Gaming OC cooler is absolutely amazing. Even when overclocked, the hottest my 2080 reaches is in the mid 60s. Any GPU model using this cooler is going to run pretty cool.

High frames @ high resolution with low temps. Fairly quite IMO.

Fans can be loud but it has the best look of any 2080 I have seen (my opinion) and the price is nice.

This thing so far has eaten up any game I throw at it at 2K, since im only using a 2k monitor I have no reason to go any higher then that. Getting anywhere from 86-130 fps on games like rise of the tomb raider, Anthem and BFV on ultra preset.

With default config it boosts to 1935MHZ and stays under 72C during load. Can be somewhat loud if the case doesn't have good ventilation or ambient temps are high.

Great GPU, and it does a great job with performance. Only complaint is that I wouldn't necessarily recommend it for the RGB. Bit of a pain to manage with rgb software since it's buggy, so I just left it on solid blue.

    Pros:

    • 3 fans with alternating spin provide excellent cooling and allow the GPU to stay at fantastic temperatures while playing games on Ultra with 100 frames+(not 100% guarantee, check your resolution and such). I get max 50°C-60°C on benchmarking tests

    • Nice design.

    Cons:

    • RGB software is buggy, and AORUS Engine is buggy too. Kinda sucks to have to use other software to control it.

Wow just wow! Great card, looks sick and is more than capable of handling games on ultra@1440p :)

This is a boss! It scored a 182% on userbenchmark with a light OC,it can handle anything I throw at it.

Great stability on Overclock, no issues, and no over heating. I have had this now 4 months and love it. Its not the top of the line but more than enough for me to run 1440p on high settings at 144mhz without any issues.
