Great price and for some reason even seems a bit faster than my traditional 1TBs over the years.

I do not know what the life of this drive will be, but the noise it was making in idle made me think something was wrong with my PC (clicking). I had to fix that issue with a program that is writing a small kb file to the drive every min to make it stop from clicking..... very annoying...

    go for SSDs...

I haven't used this drive yet, but it was kind of hard to put in, and the packaging was cheap - frustration-free just means economy - but I have only knocked a star off since I believe that it will run just fine in games. My computer recognized it not as a Seagate Barracuda, but as a string of letters and numbers. At least I can differentiate from my other drive since they are both different capacities.

A lot of decently fast storage for a great price. No complaints here.
