Get's pretty hot after 5ghz haven't had it run above 61c yet on 5ghz after a 5 hour stress test.

Does what Intel says it does. Be super quick at gaming. Really incredibly fast, there's been complaints about temperatures but mine seems pretty cool.

Best gaming performance money can buy.

If you're into both gaming and other CPU intensive tasks, this processor is fantastic. I would say if you're looking into strictly gaming, especially beyond 1080p, this CPU may not be for you with its high price-tag.

tostitobandito 18 points 16 days ago

Expensive, but a great CPU. Mine can get up to 5.2 GHz for benchmarking, or 5.1 GHz for 24/7 use at a reasonable 1.30v or so.

Overpriced, not really worth it tbh but I had the extra cash. I haven't noticed any issues with heating personally, but i'm not doing any OC.
