Noctua low noise, high quality, high CFM. Great case fan.

Pushes a ton of air at low RPMs making it completely inaudible. Used as my front intake and rear exhaust. Make a annoying whining noise when changing rpms though.

It's a quiet 140mm PWM fan. I like it so much, I have 6.

I replaced the 200mm case fan with this Noctua fan so that I could control it via PWM so at idle it is at minimum rpm and silent.

Quiet, and fast, nothing out of the ordinary from Noctua fans.

from completed build Black and Red build for 1440p/144hz gaming in a Nano S.
I upgraded the radiator fans to the noctuas because they are quieter and more effective than the ones packaged with the cooler. I kept the 140mm fractal case fan both for aesthetics and because my case is generally pretty cool and that fan doesn't get spun too fast so it stays quiet. If I wanted to improve here I could get an airflow noctua to replace it and a 120mm airflow noctua for the bottom of the case to feed the 1070 more cool air. Doesn't seem worth the $35 though.
