I knew that I 100% wanted to get a powerful GPU and I found the perfect one. A Radeon RX 480 chipset with 8 GIGS (yes, 8!) of VRAM. The thing also has an LED control that you can set to make if static, color changing, or blinking. The perfect card!

This card is at least as fast as an R9 390, but uses a little over half the power (150 W TDP). In DX11 it's not quite as fast as the GTX 1060, but driver updates do slightly boost performance. My biggest beef with it is that in order to get it to run cool and quiet, you need to undervolt (yes, on an aftermarket card) and change the fan curve. If you find it on sale, buy it!

When i saw pictured of the Rx 480 nitro i was impressed with how well this card looked, it also performs well at 1080p ultra settings. I do however plan to upgrade to the 1080ti or possibly Vega 10 IN Q1 2017 will just have to wait and see :)

This card... wow. I OC'd this thing to 1400MHz easily, and it is a monster. Amazing backplate too!!!

What a card! Haven't stress loaded it yet, but it feels high quality, is easy to install and it's smaller than some other RX 480s made by other brands like MSI which wouldn't fit in my case. It comes pre-overclocked, has 8GB and is an excellent mid range card like reviews show, capable of running everything at 1080p 60fps and also future proof'd due to Vulkan capabilities. Fingers crossed!

Plays anything I throw at it, looks beautiful, has decent temps, and supports freesync. Pretty awesome buy! Also, DX12 games run so well on this thing. 8GB VRAM is nice as **** too

Two words describe this card: loud and proud. It runs very hot, can run fairly loud, and tends to scare me with the noises it makes every so often. Above all of that, this card is amazing at 1440p and destroys doom at 90-100+ fps maxed out. At least the loud fans can be managed with software and an undervolt and the noise has made me appreciate my logitech headset more and more.

This card is very good and was on sale during black Friday and Christmas. I got it because it was new and on sale and should last me a few years. I play everything in my steam library at high or ultra settings at 1080p at 60 fps with it
