Awesome. Was looking for a relatively cheap motherboard, and this one has everything I need and nothing that I don't.

This might just be my new favorite motherboard. Great work on the UEFI, ASRock!

I used black nail polish to cover the ridiculously bright red LED. Other than that all good

It's a sharp-looking, high-performance board. My only complaint is the lack of bluetooth/wifi, but I knew what I was getting myself into when I bought it.

I really like the gunmetal theme that Z370 boards seem to have adopted -- in fact, it was the color that inspired the rest of this build!

Also, the reviews aren't lying: this board really does have some primo on-board audio. By no means am I an audiophile, but it undeniably produces better sound than any platform I've used in the past.

Awesome board. Great aesthetics, bright RGBs, good audio. A little pricey for not offering onboard WiFi but again this was shortly after Coffee Lake launch and 370 boards had less options to choose from.

Sweet motherboard, definitely a 'budget-y' board for 8th Gen Intel. RGB LED's look great and are bright enough and has a nice looking BIOS and really good IO ports (No rear USB 2.0 at all!)

This has a lot of features for the price including the premium ALC1220 audio and 12 Power Phase. ASRock is competitive with their offerings.

So many features! A fantastic bang for buck mobo and overclocking the CPU was really easy in the BIOS. The LEDs are a bit underwhelming but that’s just nippicking.

Great value. This motherboard has everything I need plus good overclocking capability and doesn't have anything I don't need. The build quality is very good and comes with reinforced graphics card slots which does a very good job of holding the massive FTW3 in place without any noticeable sag. It also has modest RGB lighting out of the box and an RGB header which is nice.

It's been able to provide very good consistent voltage to the Coffee Lake with modest LLC to help achieve a stable 5GHz.

The only slightly annoying things were:

    • The red dual BIOS LED that can't be disabled.

    • The M.2 (Key E) slot was almost impossible to find and very tricky to use. There was no mention of it anywhere in the manual except that the motherboard has it. After half an hour of going inch by inch with a flashlight I found it behind the IO shroud. Screwing in a wireless module with that little space and not even being able to hold the screwdriver straight due to the shroud was very tricky. I definitely recommend installing that before installing the mobo inside the chassis.

What can I say about this motherboard? Best price/feature for sure. It has everything I need and it has a simple to understand BIOS. I can even regulate my 3 pin fans using the DC mode.
