Great as both a boot disk and for storing anything that you need to open really quickly. It's very reliable and has a tiny footprint. If you still haven't made the switch to booting from an SSD... what are you waiting for?

Great SSD, buy it if you can find it for under $60, it doesn't get hot at all, and is very fast!

Western Digital. Solid State drive. This one is even faster than my Sandisk I have in my build. Like quite literally, the instant I release the mouse button, whatever I clicked on opens up or activates. Actually impressed. Oh, and boot times.. Time? What's that?

I was debating on whether or not to go with an SSD + HHD setup or not and I am so glad I did. I can tell a huge difference. It is reasonably priced for the size and works very well.

from completed build First build since 2002.

As I stated in the title, I have not built a PC since 2002. I believe we put a 3200 rpm HDD in that system and this SSD is a night-and-day difference. Boot time is ~8 seconds.
