Runs cool and quiet with 95mm fans, does not need high RPM to keep it at 60-65C. Wider PCB makes it a large card and might not fit some cases. Fans not ball bearing unlike MSI 1070/80 variants. MSI GAMING APP utility needs to run in the background to control LED settings, no temperature / fan speed modes for LED.

The most important piece of Scarlet. I love this card aesthetics-wise and performance-wise. The fans are absolutely silent and only spin near 60° C. Under load with the fans on I haven't seen the temps rise past 64° C. It has the performance of a GTX 980 for half the price. Would highly recommend.

Man GPUs are running high these days. So much market inflation its not even funny. This is a great value card in its range. Destroys most games with ultra settings at 1080 and 1440.

Not much of a gamer. But stress tests show this thing doing amazing under load. Once the fans kick on you know it's serious lol. All the software works great.

Love this little devil, not to loud, never really have it at full blast that much. not an over clocker and works great, kind of heavy and sags a bit, not sure how to fix that.

MSI Gaming series are without a doubt the best. The color as well as the stock cooler make this thing so worth it. 65 degrees under load.

The 1060 was a last minute decision for me. I was going to do a tighter budget build but then decided I wanted this 1060.

So far though it has been fine. Haven't got to really test it though so I will revise the review if anything changes but it's worked fine so far.

120 FPS in Overwatch on Epic settings at 1080p. That's really more than I need :).

Doesn't run too hot either, seems to hover around 60-70 C during gaming and around 30 C idle.

The fans spin up at about 60 C... I think? I can't really tell because they're pretty much silent. Very pleased with the cooling performance overall, obviously, especially after reading nightmare stories about GPU overheating in smaller cases.

I should also note that there's absolutely no sag in any direction whatsoever (thanks to the backplate?), even if it might appear so in the photos.

Beast of a graphics card im my opinion Works great and stays cool under load

Great card, runs everything I want it to. Fans really do turn off when it's not too hot! Only issue is a small one - there is coil whine, but (strangely) only when in the main menu for Skyrim. Just the main menu, mind you, and it goes right away as soon as I load a save. And only that game. Otherwise, an absolute must-recommend!
