It is thermal paste. It works. I'm not sure what else I need to say other than it just does its job and does it well.

Great paste. Dropped my temps by about 3C on average on max load. No curing time and good and thick.

My go-to thermal paste. Cheap, easy to apply and quite good at transferring heat.

Alright thermal paste, accidentally bought it thinking it was MX4, but if you can find it cheap then its great, but if its over 5$, just get MX4.

Works as good thermal paste, keeps the temperature down. 4 grams is plenty. Cheap but effective for $5. Recommended for thermal paste.
