RAM clearance and Noctua coolers.

I'm planning to make a super sleeper computer, ugly on the inside, but really good performance for low cost. I know Noctua is extremely good for cooling, but almost every cooler I try to look into are providing the note below.

Some physical dimension restrictions cannot (yet) be automatically checked, such as cpu cooler / RAM clearance with modules using tall heat spreaders.

I want to make sure the pieces I'm buying will all fit to avoid the need of returning things.

Here's a list of a few coolers I've checked into, with the D15 82.5 being my first pick.

Here are the important pieces I think make a difference for this build.

Case seems to not be available, but I'd like something that lays the motherboard flat.

NH-D15 82.5 has ram clearance if using more that 2 sticks. corsair lx is the lowest height ram i know of
