RGB Lighting effects

i want to create a great pc with looks and performance. what components do i need for good rgb managment and style (Lighting strips/ RGB controller/ Fan/ RAM/ Case etc). also whats the best way to set up RGB. and can the Corsair software i saw on LTT controll lighting effects on other brand components?

Corsair iCUE does not have any office support for any other brands. Really just for Corsair products.

Asus, MSI, ASrock, and Gigabyte all have RGB software that works with a number of other brands, but often don't work with each other and don't play nice with iCUE.
