Linux Developer Build | $700-$900 Budget | Help!

Hey all this is what ive currently got.

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/CRLjbX

I am a web developer and am looking at building a home rig. I don't want to spend TOO much and honestly I don't think i'll need to (hopefully). My budget is $700 with an absolute high end spending of $900. I don't plan on doing any gaming. Mainly need to compile Java code, spin up docker containers, possibly some full blown VMs, run Slack, really nothing too crazy.

However I would like this thing to run quick.

What I want to spend my money on most is CPU, RAM, and SSD. So if you have any suggestions on where I could cut some costs, or justify spending more, please let me know!

EDIT: I should note, I run a 34 inch ultra wide 1440p via HDMI, and another monitor off VGA (VGA-to-miniDP plugged into laptop). In the future I would like to upgrade the VGA montior, and get a third monitor. So the graphics card needs to be able to run 3 monitors.

Currently: HDMI & VGA In the future: HDMI & HDMI & HDMI or HDMI & HDMI & (Some other input)

Here's what i put together. GPU might be overkill and you really cannot beat the 2700X at that price so I stuck with the same CPU.

Not with the MAX boards, they are Ryzen 3000 ready out of the box.

I'd probably go with something like this. The video card will work just as well without any noise or you having to worry about the fan breaking, (no moving parts). The memory looks a bit gordy, but you won't see it and it's faster. The motherboard is better quality. The Sabrent Rocket SSD, is over 5 times faster than the Samsung, it has 3400 MB/s read speed & 2000 MB/s write speed, is cheaper and has 5 times the maximum number of reads & 4 times the writes to and from the drive, (fast NVMe vs SATA). Finally, the case is insulated to reduce noise and should be even quieter than the Fractal Design case, "Silenzio" is Italian for silence and Cooler Master has named their case something that is extremely similar.
