Part list for my first ever build (Machine Learning & learning Unity3D)

Hi, I've put together a part list for my first ever build, and just want to make sure that I'm not making any big mistakes before I order the parts. I will use the PC for some side-projects related to programming, Machine Learning and Unity3D development.

Any thoughts?

Looks great! The only thing that stands out to me is that the CPU cooler is very overkill for the 3600. Honestly, you would be just fine with the stock cooler that comes with it in terms of temperatures. As long as you don't mind a little noise.

Thanks! I actually went with this cooler because it was said to be very quiet :) do you think the difference in noise will be very noticeable?

Well, the noise of the stock cooler was a bit much for me. It tends to get a little loud when ramping up. Then again, my PC sits on top of my desk no more than 1ft from me. Purely up you. There are plenty of $30-40 coolers that are much quieter and perform just as well if not better than the stock cooler.
