PC Build for running multiple virtual machines.

Unchangeable

Hello guys, I wonder if you can help me make a build for a pc that could run at least 10 Virtual Machines without lag. Each Virtual Machine will run on Win 10, min 4 gb ram each virtual machine and good amount of cpu. Inside the VM there will be running only 1 process of Google Chrome and some Python stuffs that don't each much cpu. Budget it's flexible. Waiting for your builds. Thanks :)

This will get you going with what you are requesting. I would set up the drives using RAID 10 which takes a minimum of 4 drives to set up.
