This is my build would the memory be able to run at 3600mhz with this motherboard?
If not please put a link for a mobo that would work with it that is reasonably cheap.
It's not the motherboard that's going to determine this, it's mostly the CPU and it will be a matter of winning the silicon lottery. There are rapidly diminishing returns by running Ryzen memory past 3200MT/s, and I'd suggest just buying memory rated at that speed.
If you want to play the lottery, that G.Skill memory has a good a chance of running at 3600 MT/s as anything.
With that board most probably not!
And as kschendel stated below, it depends from the IMC of the CPU in question and that means the quality of the CPU die, as the MC is integrated on the die anyway.
You could try it with a better board though, and the CPU should run at stock. (no overclock)
On the other side, the gains would be very small even if you could run these modules at 3600MHz on a most robust board.
And because the above, it's not worth spending more money on a better board.
Theoretically a kit at 3200MHz and CAS 16, should be equal fast like a kit at 3600MHz and CAS 18.
Now if you insist for using these Ram modules, the Asus ROG STRIX X470-F Gaming should be able to run them at 3600MHz (if overclocked), if we assume the CPU can keep up with the load.
The ASUS PRIME X470-PRO maybe as well. :)
