he wants to play fortnight and pubg
(edit) he also wants a nivia graphics card??
Assuming you're located in the US and you need an OS to go with the PC, here you go. If you also need a mouse/keyboard/monitor, that will start to get a little difficult with the budget.

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/RTrWsZ $700 including
8th gen intel processor,
high speed RAM,
a 1080p HD monitor with Freesync,
Keyboard and mouse,
1TB of storage,
this pc will be able to blaze through small games like fortnite.
Nvidia cards are overpriced. the AMD RX570 outperforms the Nvidia 1050ti, for the same price. im assuming he wants nvidia for the fortnite/nvidia bundle, but that only comes with high end cards, which will cost you about $250 on its own.
also in includes Windows 10
thank you!!!, i want to make his golden birthday the best it can be
As a suggestion, get a 500gb SSD like this (https://pcpartpicker.com/product/LRkj4D/western-digital-blue-500gb-25-solid-state-drive-wds500g2b0a) instead of the 1tb HDD, as he only wants to play a few games and it is way faster than the HDD, and might actually improve game performance
Do you need an operating system?
Do you need peripherals (keyboard, mouse, monitor, etc.)
Where are you located?
us, yes on os, and yes on monitor and keyboard
hey mate. 700 USD or CAD? or whatever currency you use?
do you need an operating system, peripherals or anything else?
Here ya go. PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant
580 8gb should be able to hit ultra settings solid 60 fps. Ram is only 1 stick but with room to upgrade as the mobo has 4 ram slots with a potential for 32 or 64 gb of ram. 120gb ssd is for boot drive and holding 1 or 2 games on it and essential apps like chrome, word, or what ever he needs. The pc itself is like $660 or around that but with windows 10 key its $760. Monitor is freesync so the 580 can take advantage of it. Also has wifi support with the usb wifi adapter.

I'd go for integrated graphics but a setup that could upgraded in the future. Add a graphics card at a later date if necessary.
It's a bit over what you wanted, but y'all can save for an Rx580 down the road. This will do just fine and it doesn't sacrifice on quality.
