Is there any other hardware I need to connect a PS4 controller to my PC through a PCIe Wireless Network card - that has bluetooth as well? I don't think I do, but just want to make sure. I'm sure I will need to download a driver?

I am looking at this one:

or this one:

Edit: Just wanted to say that PCPartpicker should add the filter of bluetooth when searching for these network cards.

You should just need the Bluetooth card to connect a PS4 controller to your PC. I would recommend the Gigabyte one since it has a place able antenna so you can get better LOS to the router.

Nice, much appreciated! I will try to post my first build later in the week! Keep an eye out! :)

i have the gigabyte card and can attest to how reliable it is, i actually own 3 of them for various PC's in my home and each one has worked flawlessly

For both wireless and bluetooth, using at the same time reliability?

i use it for BT on one PC, and wifi on another. never had to use it for both at the same time but both functions work wonderfully and have good range

Both should work simultaneously though? I just ordered this card.
