I need a $1800 PC. I am looking to make videos and stream games on 1080p. Intel CPU is preferred. Monitor/Mouse/Keyboard/Webcam already taken care of.

Whats your displays resolution and refresh rate (eg. 1080p 60hz)? (this will help to GPU performance)

Is the display FreeSync/Gsync compatible?

operating system required?

Overclocking?

EDIT:

Intel CPU is preferred.

If gaming and streaming simultaneously intel has you covered nicely with their newer i9-9900K offering. Depending on your GPU requirements, the budget may be unforgiving as this chip is retailed above $500

The alternative being the best price to performance AMD offering: Ryzen 2700X, packing 8 cores and 16 threads @ <$300.

1440p and 144hz, not Gsync compatible though. ill try to look into the 2700x

Crofters got you covered very nicely with both options (below)!

I'm favouring the second AMD option purely from a price-to-performance perspective. This leaves additional headroom within the budget for a better performing graphics card (RTX 2080) for 1440p gaming. Higher resolution gaming is more GPU-orientated and both the 2700X and 9900K pair up at an equal FPS footing on 1440p displays, hence making the superior GPU choice the conclusive factor if you simply want the best gaming performance for the spend.

For streaming/rendering/encoding, the 2700X is certainly no coach potato either, for 300 bucks it's a beast of a chip and will rip though 1080p streams effortlessly.

You didn't mention whether you needed Windows 10?

I'd also add a couple of case fans to keep things nifty shifty with air-flow.
