These are the prices i could come up with for each part, these prices could vary a little. These where priced out using reddit/hardwareswap (like ebay but without the extra 10% fee so the prices are cheaper on hws)

~Cpu: $110
~Cpu Cooler: $10
~Motherboard: $60
~Ram: $45
~Ssd + Hdd: $45+$15
~Gpu: $260
~Case: $60 (not to sure about this one, would also have to be local)
~Psu: $70
~Monitor: $70
~Optical Drive: $10
~Windows 10 : $30 (can't sell this but you can value this if you sell the whole build)
I'd price the total build around I'd say around $700 to $800

You should be able to get a little more for the GPU, granted it wasn’t abused or overclocked for the time you had it. Anywhere between 250-280 sounds about right. Ram could be marked up a little more, but it’s only worth what someone is willing to pay as newer systems require ddr4 instead of ddr3. Your PSU should be a little less, as people can buy a brand new Gold rated 750w PSU for 70. Everything else should be an accurate representation.
