Looking for a VPN for torrents.. which is best, etc?

Don't want any notices, etc. I know free VPNs are crap and adware added, so anybody know a decent VPN that is not very expensive or slow?

I've been using Private Internet Access (PIA) for 5 years now. They are pretty f'ing amazing with a giant user help base. And the customer service is incredible. I notice only a slight dip in download speeds, but I usually regulate torrent speeds and connections. They have a ton of custom features and my favorite which was added just recently is PIA MACE ad blocker which has been the single greatest adblocker I've used so far.

I can't speak any higher of this VPN, my wife uses it, my parents use it, my sister and her family use it, my brother and his family use it, and all I hear is good things.

AS GentlemanShark stated there is no best. Every VPN has it's limitations but PIA has always ranked up there on quality.

As in piracy? If so, may I direct you to the guidelines section on the left side of your window? For a VPN, I personally use Vypr, but have heard good things about PIA. There is no "best", just good for your case. Have a look here.

Using torrents without any farther context doesn't mean pirating. For all we know he could be trying to torrent a game from a dev website or something else similar.

Yeah, that's why I was hoping he'd clarify. I know it has other uses.
