My Two Builds, Thoughts Needed

So I've compiled two parts lists!

And I was wondering what people's thoughts are on them and which is better and such!

Or if there's any improvements I can add or such? Like better RGB keyboards or mouses or things to make it cheaper

Bother are meant to be RGB build's

I personally prefer the second build - the first one has odd $ distribution - I like the second build is really focusing on the higher quality CPU and GPU rather than over priced RAM. And from my experience, unless you plan to really overclock your machine, a solid air cooler like the Cryorig will do just fine!

Haha, I was hoping someone would notice my jankyness on the builds it's quite odd yes!

So what do you say? should I swap a few things out and such? or like I don't know haha, it was 7 years ago I last built my own pc. the stupid thing Is a have built a few PC's in the past like a year ago I made a decent 2 grand build. the thing with me is that when it comes to my own build I tend to mess things up and put things in odd places looking at weird parts which frankly I wouldn't need!

If you had time would you be able to sort one or both the builds for me and give me a better build using the similar build parts? I am going for a RGB theme so the Nzxt stuff is amazing for that so you can keep the case, lights etc but if you want to change around the GPU, Cpu and such for something a bit more clear that would be great!

You don't have to do this but it would be greatly appreciated.

thanks
