Can this build game at 4k 60fps for all titles or nearly all titles.

Or should I get gtx 1070?

(Side Note: How do I embed the part list in the comments without it being a link Thanks)

For 4k 60fps in most titles you'll be looking at a 1080ti.

The 1060 will do 1080p 60fps in most titles

  • Ryzen R5 processor, better price/performance/overclockable

  • G2 550 instead of the NEX PSU.

-120GB SSD and 1TB hard drive instead of single 250GB SSD

Most of the parts weren't avaliable, what was your original budget?

Yeah 4k needs the TI and even the 1080TI doesnt crush 4k - graphics cards need to catch up still to the 4k resolution to be honest.
