What a frustration.....

Everything checked million times. Bequiet 700 watts I7 7700k Asrock fatality mitx z270 Hyperx 16gb 2400 (single module) Corsair mp500 240gb

No gpu for now.

Tried through the hdmi port.

No boot screen.

Found out on google that thats a pretty common problem.

Went it to a technician..now waiting and getting cancer.

What are the common mistakes that we beginners make.

Have you connected your display to your videocard or motherboard?

You can't use the motherboard connections. You should use the videocard connections

He doesn't have a video card:

No gpu for now.

So plugging it into the motherboard and using the CPU's onboard graphics is the only option.

I have no gpu yet.. But i7700k has built in graphics and the mobo provides video outputs.

I just wanted to gather some more money..set up the pc a little bit so that the last step was going to be the gpu

If you followed the tutorials correctly, then that only leaves one of the core components being the problem.
No reference machine to test parts, no way to be sure.
