ah yes i know about that. what i meant is it really significant change n feels with this res or hz with freesync off cuz using nvidia card? any poissibility of tearing and stutter on 4k 60hz freesync Off?

Depends on the game.

But a 1080 Ti should do fine in many of them at maximum or near-maximum graphical settings. It'll work smoothly on all games if you're willing to drop settings down in extremely demanding ones.

well i'm hoping 60hz monitor syncing with 60ish/higher fps on games would at least smoothing gameplay
