Well if you're looking at Ryzen 5s, the 1600 is always a good choice, especially if you're willing to overclock. Then you can use the extra money for a 4k 60hz monitor since that processor won't handle high frame rates well (144+). That's my two cents on the issue.

got 2 monitor actually 4k 60hz(used for ps4pro) and uw1440p 100hz, so maybe switching in between
