the PSU I chose has too much power, but it is 30$ cheaper right now. so why note, it will not be hearable because it will never run at full load...

on the monitor you have to decide between 1080p 144hz .... or ..... 1440p 60hz

1440p and 144hz together will cost way way more

to save money, you can take the 1080p 60hz monitor

So i know that the RX480 is a radiator, but nothing is water cooled, so what would it do? Is it just there in case i want to overclock it?

I might just go with the 1080p 144Hz monitor also.
