Let's see what PCPartPicker can do. (1000-1200k$ CAD build)

I'm from Canada. I need a 1k-1.2k$ gaming computer.

I don't need any peripherals. I need a wireless adapter, an optical drive and an OS (preferably windows 7).

Try to make the case look relatively good and I want a Radeon graphics card.

I went with windows 10, because as was said earlier, 7 isn't really a viable option. This should meet your needs. It'll handle anything at 1080p with high settings at least. The case is a great price, so I'm going for it.

I made this up http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/user/comida/saved/#view=GpDWGX

Had to go Windows 10 as 7 isn't an option to pick from. The case fits my R9 390 card, I assume the 280X will fit as well. There's headroom on the power supply to add a second video card later if you like.

What sort of games are you wanting to play? I recently made up a computer for under $1500 CDN that plays everything but Ark:Survival on max settings. Skyrim, Dying Light, Mount & Blade, etc. May be worth chipping in the extra little bit for a touch more quality on key components.
