CPU is roughly around 50 and the GPU is 50 degrees as well.

I got an AM4 bracket delivered to me but this board has both hole cutouts for AM4 and AM3. You will be sent a free bracket by NZXT and instructions for that are on their website.

I don't think you would have much trouble but I would just get an AM4 bracket to be on the safe side.

Cool, are your tops fans exhaust by the way? Wont that create negative air pressure ? Or do you have a couple on exhasut and the rest on intake etc? Thanks for the clarification of the AM4, I guess i can start with AM3 and ask NZXT for my AM4.

Yeah they are and no it shouldn't. Rule of thumb is: Front. bottom = Intake and Back, top = Exhaust.
