Cable management is just that, management, it's not about hiding. The point of sleeved cables is to show off the look with the color scheme. My cables are managed perfectly fine. Also, you should never run cables through the CPU cut out. If any cable gets cut or something for some reason, it could cause a short on the motherboard.
People run them through the cut out all the time... I did, no problems. There is enough space, and who yanks around on their I/O cables 24/7 any way?
