REALLY nice stream. should definitely live stream all your builds @marinelli and co. there has got to be a huge market for it in the pc gaming mainstream to see and hear discussion of best practice.

Hi,

Any chance of getting some temps on this build? The PSU is fully covering one of the coolers on the GPU and I'm wondering whether it's significantly affecting the temperatures, or not?

philip staff submitter 10 Builds 2 points 17 months ago

I was seeing sustained temps on the GPU around 60-65C during gameplay at Dreamhack. The PSU doesn't seem to be affecting the cooling too much.

Szejker 1 point 17 months ago

Thank you very much for the reply. That's great, I might revise my ATX build to do something simillar to yours since the temps are not a big concern. Thanks again :)

Phillip man, that ram is disgusting! Or... Is it...

Tell me!

I have the same CPU cooler (H5 Ultimate), and case (Define Nano S), but with different ram (Corsair Vengence LPX), but the regular 140mm fan from the H5 Ultimate does not seem to fit over the ram. It would interfere with the side window. I checked the height of the G-Skill Aegis ram (31.2mm) vs the Corsair Vengeance LPX (31mm), so my set up should work, in theory... in your video, you mentioned that your fan is flushed with both the ram and window. Are you comfortable with this? Do you risk scratching your window with that fan?

I ordered the Cryorig slim 140mm fan (from the H5 Universal) to see if that would fit better.
