Description

First computer build. Came out great. Haven't experienced any issues. DemciFlex dust filters have been installed to prevent dust entering PC. Cablemod RGB light strip has also been installed.

CPU has been overclocked to 4.6GHZ @ 1.4volts via Gigabyte EasyTune. Running at around 65Deg.

Cringe, 1.4volts. I hope you do realize that's WAY too much voltage for your CPU. If you can, never use auto overclocking software ever. Always go manual so you don't get CPU degrading in the next couple of years.

Is that much ram necessary for your uses?

32GB for a workstation is pretty much minimum, imo

^ you are right. I run a couple of servers for VMs at home and our main one uses about 96GB of RAM at once If I remember correctly.

This is still one of my favorite cases. Is the top drive bay removable?

hey, the top drive isn't easily removable. It is held in place by rivets. If you really wanted to remove it you would have to drill them out.

they're these sony speakers which are about 20 years old haha. Have them hooked up to a sonos amp with sub. Still sound incredible!

Q:did the motherboard have enough headers for the fans?

just enough! my 3 case fans connect to the mobo headers. The radiator fans connect through the corsair cooler block which then connects into one of the CPU ports. Still has one of the CPU ports free

it has only 3 4 pins for fans, minus the one needed for the cpu cooler. that's the fourth. I have the same and quite a problem with upgrading to better cooling. Still trying to fgure out how to get in more fans.
