CPU Clock Rate

3.2 GHz

GPU Core Clock Rate

1.48 GHz

GPU Effective Memory Clock Rate

11 GHz

Description

Disregard the pump connector going across the motherboard, I tucked that wire...

Parts:

CPU: Carried over from my old build, overclocked it to 3.8Ghz. Solid cpu, great value for the price

Motherboard: Love how it looks, only complaint is I wish it had a side mounted USB 3.0 cable, wasnt able to fit mine and the radiator

Memory: From my old build, running at 3200Mhz, looks great, syncs with my motherboard

SSDs: from my old build, they work, and they're fast

GPU: Got the founders edition so I could put a waterblock on it, EVGA for the warranty. Works great

PSU: From my old build, never had any issues with it

In total, the loop costed less than $300 which I'm extremely happy with considering the cooling capacity and how it looks. Both CPU and GPU max at around 40 degrees, even while being stress tested. I know some of the bends are wack and I'll probably redo them later but for now ¯\(ツ)

External psu? I don't see it. just kinda curious

Ghostrunner713 1 point 8 months ago

No. It is behind the motherboard tray. Like the Corsair Air 540.

It's behind the motherboard, mounted vertically

What size is the tubing?

PhantomHawk11 submitter 3 Builds 1 point 8 months ago

10/13mm

This looks great! I am new to new to custom loop, Can I ask where did you buy and choose the size? Thanks

PhantomHawk11 submitter 3 Builds 1 point 8 months ago

Honestly I just got a good deal on it. I was divided between this and 12/14mm and ended up getting this because the guy I bought my waterblock from had it. From what I've researched, there is no real difference in temps, bigger tube is just a little harder to bend

sorry the other popular tubing size is 10/12mm, not 12/14. I also bought some parts used, and some during the ebay 20% off sale
